Who holds custody of my stablecoins while I'm an LP?

Who holds custody of my stablecoins while I'm an LP?

Your stablecoins are held through the bankruptcy-remote vehicle that issues your instrument, which uses qualified custodians and institutional-grade segregation.

Rekord does not commingle LP capital with Rekord's operating balance sheet. When you deposit USDC, the stablecoins move into a segregated account held by a qualified custodian under a bankruptcy-remote legal structure. The custodian reports directly to an administrator that is independent from the platform operator.

Capital is deployed through mature, independently audited third-party vault infrastructure. Rekord does not host its own vaults, and it does not have unilateral access to the stablecoins themselves. Withdrawals follow the instrument's documented redemption terms, not Rekord's discretion.

If Rekord as a company were to fail, the issuing vehicle and its custodied assets are legally separate. LP capital is not part of Rekord's bankruptcy estate.
